The EFF is on the receiving end of accusations of inciting violence and abuse when we respond to media reporting about the EFF especially reporting that is void of objectivity.
What seems to be missed is that the initial media reports themselves spark a wide range of abuse & attacks against the EFF leaders, members & supporters including threats of murder.
So what must happen? Should the media stop reporting on the EFF (biased or not) because we are abused and our lives threaten as the result of their reporting or must the EFF not respond to both the media reports and the threats that follow because of abuse and threats the journalists receive?
Does our thick skin and official firm response take away from the abuse and threats we receive following media reports?
